TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Operator and acceptance

This site is operated by Hellspin Operations N.V., Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, under license CGA/CGCB OGL/2024/2419/1067. By opening an account or using the site you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and permitted to gamble under your local laws. Access is geo-restricted. We may request proof of age and location at any time.

3. Account

One account per person, device fingerprinting and KYC checks apply. Keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts for risk, fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse, or policy breaches.

4. KYC and AML

We verify identity with government ID, proof of address, and payment proofs. Triggers include first withdrawal, cumulative withdrawals ≥ AU$2,000, method changes, or AML alerts. Reviews typically complete in 24–48 hours after full submission. We may request enhanced due diligence.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Min deposit AU$20 (cards/e-wallets) or AU$30 (bank). Min withdrawal AU$500. Typical weekly cap AU$16,000; monthly cap AU$50,000. Use the same method in and out where possible. We process withdrawals after KYC approval and risk checks. Third-party payments are not allowed.

6. Bonuses

Default wagering 40× unless stated otherwise. Max bet AU$5 while wagering. Game contributions: Slots 100% (some 50%/0%); Tables/Live 10%; Jackpots 0%. Excluded titles appear in each promo. Bonus funds expire per promo page. We reserve the right to review play for low-risk or irregular betting.

7. Games and fairness

8. Responsible play

Tools include limits, cooling-off, and self-exclusion. Use them through your account or support. We may enforce cooling-off if risk is detected.

9. Prohibited conduct

No multi-accounting, collusion, chip-dumping, use of bots/automation, chargeback abuse, or exploitation of bugs. We may void bets, confiscate bonuses, and close accounts for violations.

10. Inactive accounts

Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be marked inactive. We may apply a reasonable monthly fee after notice, as allowed by law. You can reactivate by logging in or contacting support.

11. Complaints and disputes

Contact support@hellspin.com first. For escalations use complaints@hellspin.com. Provide your account ID, timestamps, and screenshots. We aim to resolve within a reasonable time. Regulatory or ADR routes may apply where available.

12. Liability

We are not liable for network failures, third-party outages, or force-majeure events. Your maximum remedy is limited to the amount in dispute or your last month of deposits, whichever is lower, where permitted by law.

13. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software belong to us or our licensors. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site for personal entertainment.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, subject to mandatory consumer laws of your country where applicable.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication means acceptance. Material changes are highlighted on the site.
